Parker 801TM Hose – Thermal Cooling Hose for Data Centres

The Parker 801TM Hose is a high-performance thermoplastic hose engineered for thermal management applications in mission-critical environments like data centres. Designed to handle glycol-water-based fluids used in liquid cooling systems, the 801TM offers flexibility, long service life, and superior performance in confined spaces.

When paired with the UQD Universal Quick Disconnect couplings (available here), the 801TM hose enables rapid, leak-free connection and disconnection of liquid-cooled components – making it ideal for rack server liquid cooling, CDUs (coolant distribution units), and rear door heat exchangers.

Key Features

  • Compatible with Parker UQD quick disconnects for liquid cooling
  • Lightweight and highly flexible for easy routing in dense rack environments
  • Tight bend radius for tight spaces in and around the rack
  • Designed for glycol-water and dielectric fluid systems
  • Offers excellent resistance to kinking, abrasion, and thermal cycling
  • High functional safety with a design factor of 4
  • Available in a range of sizes for various cooling circuit requirements
  • Push-Lok® end fittings available for tool-free assembly
